How long will my order take?
As we keep literally miles of ribbon in stock, we can print and despatch most orders within 48hrs. If you urgently require an order
for the next day – just give us a call and we should be able to print & despatch the same day (Special Delivery)
Can you print in more than 1 colour?
Yes we can – Unlike most other ribbon print companies, we can print up to 4 colours. This is a different print method than our “Design your own ribbon” so it would be best to give us a call to discuss options.
We have several printing systems utilising State of the art technology and can even print your ribbon with Raised Ink – We are continually sourcing and testing new technologies to ensure we are one of the market leaders in printed ribbon.
Other companies boast about no set-up charges for their ribbon - is this the case for you?
99% of other print companies use a printing method called Thermal Transfer or Digital printing.
We DO use Thermal Transfer but we also use other printing methods and are therefore able to print onto other materials and in more than 1 colour - in order for us to do this, a printing plate must be made - This is a small cost in comparison for a high quality print - This is an ideal solution for longer or more complex print runs which would work out cheaper than Thermal Transfer.
I have heard that it is only Satin ribbon that can be printed on – is this the case?
Certainly not – We print on a huge range of ribbons. COTTON, ORGANZA, GROSGRAIN, VELVET to mention just a few.
Do you supply “Off the shelf” ribbon – I just need something to say different greetings and do not need personalisation?
We supply a vast range of “Stock” printed ribbon – for example – “Congratulations”, “Happy Birthday Mum” etc. etc.
This is sold at a lower rate and like all of our other ribbon, it is printed in house so the cost is at its lowest – The ribbon is the same high quality as bespoke ribbon – We also sell Plain unprinted ribbon at fantastically low prices and don’t forget our ribbon for all Four Seasons……
I live abroad – Can you deliver overseas?
A lot of our business is overseas – we have delivered to Asia, Australasia, Scandinavia,Americas, Africa & of course Europe – So this is NOT a problem.
I run a Charity organisation – Do you offer discounts at all?
We do offer generous discounts to charities and other businesses.
The more ribbon you buy, the better the discount.
We even supply another ribbon company with printed ribbon for their stock products.
I am not too sure of a colour on your website – can you supply samples?
Yes – We supply free samples of up to 5 colours. This is a FREE service we offer, you do not even need to send us a Stamped Addressed Envelope.
I have a specific font & Logo I want to print with – Can you help?
We keep a massive library of over 10,000 fonts & graphics in stock, so there is a good chance we will have the font or logo you require. If not, you can always send us the font or graphic via e-mail. If you are unsure on how to do this, just give us a call and one of our team will gladly help.
How can I reduce the fraying of the ribbon when I am cutting for my favours?
At Four Seasons Village, we only use the highest quality ribbon – we have sourced ribbon from all over the world to ensure such high standards – However, due to the nature of the material, all woven products, no matter how high the quality will fray to a small degree – We do offer a cutting and heat sealing service to prevent fraying – this can be done for a small charge.
I have been unable to find the colour on your website so have purchased some from elsewhere – can you print on this for me?
Whilst we are proud to say that, we probably have the most selection of colours available in the U.K, there will always be another colour available.
If you have your own ribbon, you can send that to us for printing – (We would need to carry out a small test print first to check compatibility with our printing systems) – The cost would obviously be less because you are supplying the ribbon.
I only want a few metres of personalised ribbon – how much will I need buy?
We can print just 1 metre of ribbon for you – This is not a problem – Please rest assured, you will receive the same high level of customer service if you only ever want 1 Metre of ribbon – Every order, large or small, is very important to us and we can only survive by your custom for which we are always grateful. We have been in the ribbon business for over 22 years and couldn’t have done it without customers – So a BIG THANK YOU to you all.
